From 1854 to 1889, François DESHAIRES and his son Joseph bought Château de Beauregard in Fuissé, now run by the sixth generation. As early as 1945, to complete the estate, Joseph DESHAIRES' successors set up a grape harvesting facility in Fuissé to buy grapes from other good winegrowers in the region. It is this perfect knowledge of the Appellation that has enabled them to produce this Pouilly-Fuissé 'Grande Réserve', whose expression is one of the most typical of the Appellation.
