The nose presents aromas of flowers and white fruits (pear, acacia), with a hint of lemon, the palate is balanced and fresh, with saline notes and a long finish.
Information
As early as 1945, to complete the Domaine, brothers Joseph and Georges BURRIER set up a grape harvesting facility in Fuissé to buy grapes from other good winegrowers in the region. It is this perfect knowledge of our region that has enabled them to produce this Pouilly-Fuissé 'La Croix du Plan', whose expression is one of the most typical of the Appellation. The 'Croix du Plan' on the label is located directly opposite our grape harvesting facility in the 'Le Plan' district of Fuissé. This cross once topped the steeple of Fuissé's former church, which was desecrated at the end of the 19th century.
