We're in southern Burgundy, in the Beaujolais region, and Moulin à Vent is considered the most "Burgundian" of the region's 10 crus, no doubt because of its ageing potential. Total surface area of the Appellation: 620 hectares in the villages of Romanèche-Thorins and Chénas.
