Nose of flowers and white fruits, acacia and pear, slightly smoky; on the palate, the impression is pure, chiselled, with a finish of citrus fruits, grapefruit and lemon.
As early as 1945, to complete the Domaine, brothers Joseph and Georges BURRIER set up a grape harvesting facility in Fuissé to vinify grapes from other fine winegrowers in the region. This perfect knowledge of the Mâconnais region, combined with our demand for quality and terroir expression, has enabled us to produce this white Burgundy, typical of the perfect adaptation of Chardonnay to Burgundy. We choose the origins of our Bourgogne Blanc primarily from the limestone terroirs of the best Mâconnais hillsides.
