Harvest: our 2023 campaign comes to an end!

Started on Wednesday September 6, our 2023 harvest campaign ended last Thursday after 14 days of cutting for our 85 pickers.

A fortnight spent in weather that was rather favorable for this harvest period: cool at night and in the morning, warm in the afternoon, and little rain. The 2023 vintage is marked by its heterogeneity, with yields and degrees varying widely from plot to plot, depending on the impact of hail, disease and heat. Nonetheless, it looks promising, thanks to grapes harvested at a good ripeness, following a summer favorable to good, regular ripening.
